Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need an app or account?
No. They scan the QR code and upload in the browser.
How many photos can I upload?
Depending on the plan: 20 (Preview), 1,000 (Event) or 3,000 (Event+).
What happens after the retention period?
The event and all photos are deleted automatically. You get an email beforehand and can still download them.
Can others see my photos?
No. Only someone with the event code can upload or view the wall. Other customers have no access to your event at all.
